BASF sells Meyco

BASF has signed a contract to sell its Meyco equipment business, based in Winterthur, Switzerland, to Atlas Copco. BASF will continue to provide chemical solutions for tunnelling and mining, while Atlas Copco will retain the 40 Meyco employees to provide concrete spraying machines.
