The Joint Venture MossIA ANS between Implenia Norge AS (55%) and Acciona Construccion SA (45%), has won the EUR649,64 million (NOK6,300 million) contract to build a new railway line through the town of Moss in Norway. Implenia has technical leadership of the JV. The 10.3km twin-track line project, between Sandbukta and Sastad, includes the 2.7 km Moss tunnel underneath Moss and the 2.3 km Carlberg tunnel from the station to Carlberg, with two shorter cut-and-cover sections, a tunnel portal and the new Moss train station.
