Contract Description

Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) has issued an open invitation to tender for the provision of support services to the Programme Delivery Partner (PDP) for the MetroLink Programme in Dublin. This major procurement forms part of the delivery strategy for Ireland’s first fully automated, high-capacity metro system. The successful contractor will provide expert capability and capacity to support the MetroLink Directorate in coordinating and managing both pre- and post-contract stages of the programme, in accordance with the tender documentation.  

Scope of Services

The contract will include, but is not limited to:

Support services for integration with the MetroLink Directorate spanning planning, coordination and delivery phases  
Assistance in project management, safety, site supervision and contract administration  
Technical, commercial and strategic advisory support throughout the programme  
Support for procurement activities and coordination across multiple work packages  
Services necessary to help deliver MetroLink on time, within budget and to required quality and safety standards

Estimated value: EUR 550 million
VAT: Excluded

144 months (12 years)
