Mota-Engil Latam Portugal SA secured the PPP contract for the Santos-Guaruja submerged tunnel interconnection System. The excavated tunnel between cities of Santos and Guaruja, on the coast of São Paulo, will be 2,900 m long with 1,700 m under the channel of the port of Santos.
