Balfour Beatty to acquire Parsons BrinckerhoffNew York City-based engineering consultancy Parsons Brinckerhoff is recommending shareholder approval of its acquisition by London-based infrastructure firm Balfour Beatty at a price of EUR427 million (USD626 million). Both companies have long histories in tunnelling.
