The consortium between Colas Rail (76%, leader), Thales (16%) and Egis (8%) has been awarded a EUR1billion subcontract by Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) to design and build E&M systems and trackworks for the 35-km long Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP), entirely underground with 15 stations, linking East Valenzuela in northern Manila to Terminal 3 of Ninoy-Aquino International Airport in the south of the capital city.
