JV Rödental comprising Alfred Kunz Untertagebau, Monaco (D) and August Reiners Bauunternehmung GmbH, Brema (D) secured the construction contract for a 4.8 km-long section of Ebensfeld-Erfurt high speed railway line in Thueringer Wald including the 2,975 m-long Reitersberg tunnel to be excavated using NATM techniques.
