Traylor-Aecon General Partnership from Vancouver, a consortium comprised of Traylor Bros Inc. (60%) and Aecon Infrastructure Inc (40%), has secured the EUR201.89 million (CAD288 million) contract for the Construction of the Annacis Water Supply Tunnel. The work includes but is not limited to: tunnelling, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and associated environmental and other work, for the construction of two deep vertical shafts, a 2.3 km long tunnel, installation of a welded steel water main pipe in the tunnel and shafts, construction of valve chambers, and installation of surface piping (the “Work”).
