Press release - As of the 21st  December 2018, the Germany-based company Ott GmbH & Co KG, acquired by Datwyler Holding Inc. in September 2016, officially changed its name to Datwyler Sealing Solutions Germany GmbH & Co KG. With this acquisition, Datwyler Sealing Solutions strengthened and expanded its technology and product portfolio for customers in the automotive and health care industry.  

Company Ott GmbH & Co KG has belonged to the Datwyler Group since September 2016. Ott, which was founded in 1989, offers exceptional specialist expertise in toolmaking and producing injection-moulded parts made from thermoplastic and liquid silicone using single- and multi-component technology. By taking over this company, Datwyler was able to offer an extended portfolio of products to customers in the automotive and health care industry.  

Under the new name Datwyler Sealing Solutions Germany GmbH & Co KG, the company will continue to offer added value to its customers even beyond its expertise in thermoplastic and liquid silicone.
