A calendar highlight each year is the annual ITA Tunnelling Awards. This year 25 finalists from 13 countries representing impressive projects, transforming machines and materials, and ambitious young professionals are shortlisted to present their projects at a day-long seminar hosted in collaboration with the Southeastern European Tunnelling Conference in Belgrade, Serbia from 1-3 October. 

Roundtable discussions will delve into the individual and project-wide achievements, and the winners of the 2025 Gold, Silver and Bronze trophies, honouring the extraordinary achievements of father-and-son civil engineers Marc and Isambard Kingdon Brunel, will be presented in the evening gala celebrations.
