The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has awarded the final three civil contracts for the Downtown Line Stage 3 (DTL3) project in Singapore. The contracts are for the construction of twin-tube tunnels between Tampines East and Upper Changi (Shanghai Tunnel Engineering, value EUR52.4 million) and underground stations at Upper Changi (Samsung C&T, value EUR147.7 million) and Bendemeer (Penta Ocean, value EUR123.7 million).
