The background for wanting an information and dialogue meeting is a desire to inform and clarify with the market what the assignment involves and what we see as challenges in the contract. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is at a crossroads as regards the choice of strategy for carrying out this work. We would like to formulate this strategy in close contact with the branch. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would also like input on how the award of contract and the execution of the work is to be carried out, with a focus on sustainability and digitalisation,

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The information and dialogue meeting will consist of the Norwegian Public Roads Administration's presentation of the entire project E18 Lysaker - Ramstadsletta, with emphasis on contract E121 automation and SRO, and a joint session with questions and answers. There will also be an opportunity for individual meetings with one and one tenderer after the information and dialogue meeting, where all will be able to give input individually in weeks 20-21/22. Requests for such a meeting must be submitted along with the registration for the meeting.
Input from the information and dialogue meeting, as well as any one-to-one meetings, will provide an important basis for choosing the contract strategy. The contract work will be carried out from 2023 – 2030.
Date: Thursday 10.05.2022, from 12.00 - 13.00. Location: The meeting will be held on Teams. (In order to ensure that the meeting has a good technical quality, the maximum number of meeting participants will be 200 persons. A link to the Teams meeting will be sent after registration.)
