Cowi AS of Oslo secured the EUR5.5 million contract, excluding VAT, for preparation of the tender documentation, work drawings (construction plan) and follow-up in the construction phase for a new national road Rv 23 on the stretch Dagslett in Royken municipality to Linnes in Lier municipality. The 5.5 km-long stretch includes a 2.2 km-long tunnel (1.9 km rock tunnel extended by 330 m concrete tunnel).
