The Joint venture AFCONS Infrastructure Ltd from Mumbai and Sam (India) Builtwell Pvt. Ltd from Delhi secured the EUR135.51 million (INR10.88 bn) contract, excluding VAT., for the design and construction of a TBM tunnel, Cut & Cover tunnel, underground ramp, elevated ramp after Transport Nagar and 3 underground metro stations (Kanpur Central, Jhakarkatti and Transport Nagar). The contract will include architectural finishes, E&M, TVS, ECS etc on Line 1 of Kanpur MRTS, India.
