operation and maintenance of the 6.5 km Z-Morth tunnel and of the 6.43 km
approaches on Srinagar Sonamarg section connecting National Highway n.1 (NH-1)
on DBFOT (Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer) annuity basis. The
tunnel will be a single tube bidirectional tunnel with parallel egress. Pre-bid
