On 12.09.2014 was held the final conference of the three-year Interreg Italy-Austria IBBT project on flooring, lining and innovative lighting for tunnels. The project, co-funded Interreg IV Italy-Austria and the European Fund for Regional Development of the European Union, has shown that it is possible to increase safety standards and reduce costs for the lighting in road tunnels using low power consumption lamps, surfaces with innovative materials (clear, reflective, dirt repellent) and road pavements light in colour.
