The Norwegian Tunnelling Society (NFF) wants to welcome you to the World Tunnelling Congress and the ITA – AITES General Assembly which will be in Bergen, Norway from June 9th to June 15th 2017 in the famous “Grieghallen” in the middle of the city centre. This venue is normally a concert hall visited by musicians from all over the world but also acts as an excellent venue for the World Tunnel congress.
The “Call for Abstracts’’ on Surface Challenges – underground solutions has now been closed. But by the deadline on July 1st 2016 more than 750 abstracts were submitted to the Scientific Committee. Review of abstracts is ongoing and the authors will be informed about the results on April 15th 2017.
From the 9-10 June 2017, they will be holding ITACET training course for young engineers, on the topic of Excavation and support in soft ground conditions. Click here for details.
