Robbins enters slurry TBM market in ChinaThe Robbins Company will supply a 6.26 m-diameter slurry TBM to excavate the 2.7 km-long Zhanjiang Bay cross-sea tunnel that will carry fresh water to the new steel plant on Dong Hai Island near Zhanjiang City. The machine, produced in cooperation with Mitsubishi, will be assembled in the Robbins Shanghai manufacturing facility. Read the press release. 38/10.
