Road tunnels manualThe 24th World Road Congress took place in Mexico from 27.09.2011 to 30.09.2011. During the congress, the new road tunnels manual was installed online in English and French. The manual is designed as a live document to keep up with the frequent technological developments in tunnels, and to easily integrate new reports. It comprises two principal parts: the first five chapters consider general aspects of road tunnels, and chapters 6-9 address particular elements of tunnels taking operational and safety requirements into consideration.
