News Flash: Contractor Forum for Hong Kong The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region is undertaking the implementation of the Harbour Area Treatment Scheme Stage 2A which involves construction of around 19km of sewage tunnels with maximum finished diameter of 3m and fifteen associated vertical shafts.
