Contract Description

ETS – Euskal Trenbide Sarea has launched an open tender for the provision of environmental management support services related to the construction of Phase 1 of the Bilbao Southern Railway Bypass in the Basque Country.

The contract covers specialist environmental oversight and support activities throughout the execution of the construction project, ensuring compliance with environmental legislation, project approvals, and sustainability commitments over the full duration of the works.

Scope of Services

The contract will include environmental management support services such as:
•Environmental monitoring and supervision during construction
• Compliance with environmental permits and regulatory requirements
• Environmental reporting and documentation
• Support for impact mitigation and corrective measures
• Coordination with project stakeholders and competent authorities
• Technical assistance related to environmental performance and controls
