Papsa Infraestructuras SA from Zaragoza secured the EUR2.75 million contract, excluding VAT, for the refurbishment, maintenance and operation of the 3.07 km-long Bielsa-Aragnouet tunnel on A138 and its access roads from 2019 to 2022.
