The contract awarded to the joint venture of Tunnel Albabstieg from Munich for engineering planning and construction of the 5.9 km-long Albabstieg tunnel with two single-track tubes with crosspassages on the section at Ulm-Dornstadt part of the new 60 km-long AV line Wendlingen-Ulm (lot PA 2.4) has been modified due to the need for further and tighter controls of the excavated material.
