Putzmeister sets record at LainzerThe 12.3 km-long Lainzer tunnel in Vienna will connect the western and southern railway systems and the Donauldebahn railway, increasing capacity, and forming a vital part of the Paris-Budapest high speed line. Putzmeister pumps were used to place concrete over distances up to 1.4 km during lining construction, a record for this type of work.
