Marble Road to open in 2012The Marble Road from Aurelia to Miseglia Bassa is complete except for the truck weighing and washing facility between Miseglia and Canaglie. Lot 1 Miseglia, including the single tube 998 m-long, 9 m-wide Santa Croce tunnel and a 270 m-long emergency tunnel, was constructed by JV Demoter-CIPA-Spinosa. Lot 2 Aurelia (4.5 km) on the Marble Road, including three single bored tunnels Monte Greco (2,399 m), Corvenale (211 m) and Macina (900 m), and one cut-and-cover tunnel (30 m) was awarded to Maccaferri ADANTI SpA.
