from Arna to Stanghelle/Helle (new Voss Line and new E16). The stretch is
approx. 28 km and large part of the route will be in tunnel.ms. The junction
solution for E16 is partially off and on ramps of rock. Two new stations
(Vaksdal and Stanghelle) will be created for the line.

COWI has been awarded the first consultancy contract in the Arna-Stanghelle joint project: 3 companies participated in the procurement competition: Rambøll-Sweco, Cowi and Norconsult. The around NOK 40 million contract includes, detailed design, drawing up of competition grounds, discharge applications, preliminary investigations and environmental plans.
