The 6.8m Robbins Single Shield TBM Nora has started boring for the Delaware Aqueduct Repair (DAR). The TBM, operated by contractor Kiewit-Shea Constructors (KSC), will bore a 3.8 km long tunnel beneath the Hudson River.
