Zadavatel dále uvádí, že se rozhodl doplnit zadávací podmínky z důvodu prevence před účastí odsouzených společností ve smyslu § 21 zákona č. 418/2011 Sb., o trestní odpovědnosti právnických osob a řízení proti nim, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, na zadávacím řízení, resp. na následném plnění předmětu veřejné zakázky. Zadavatel v souvislosti s tímto rozhodnutím doplnil čl. 8. 2 zadávací dokumentace, který obsahuje požadavky na poddodavatele účastníka. Zadavatel v souvislosti s tímto požadavkem poskytuje dodavatelům závazný vzor čestného prohlášení o poddodavatelích (příloha č. 3f) a čestného prohlášení poddodavatele (Příloha č. 3g). Zadavatel v návaznosti na doplnění zadávací dokumentace blíže popsané výše dále relevantně tyto požadavky na poddodavatel promítl i do rámcové dohody. Dodavatel konkrétně doplnil bod 8.10 Rámcové dohody a vložil nové body 15. 6 a 16. 9 do Rámcové dohody. Bližší informace k těmto změnám jsou uveřejněny na profilu zadavatele.
