EES public hearing wrap-up -
The Public Hearing for the North East Link Environment Effects Statement (EES) wrapped up on Monday 16th September. The independent Inquiry and Advisory Committee is now preparing a report of recommendations to submit to the Minister for Planning. Public Environment Report -
The final Public Environment Report (PER) has been submitted to the Australian Government to inform Commonwealth approval for the project.
A decision from the Australian Minister for the Environment is expected at the end of this year. The PER, including a summary of community submissions, is available to view here (https://northeastlinkauthority.createsend1.com/t/r-l-jdyuhdik-kdctudrki-d/).
