The Consortium SoLo 21 composed of Elettroconsulenze Solca SA and Lombardi SA Ingegneri Consulenti secured the contract for the phases of design, tender, construction up to commissioning, including the local management of the works for the management and safety systems (energy, lighting, ventilation, signage, video surveillance, communication, management and wiring) and auxiliary works for the modernization of the Mappo-Morettina tunnel (5518 m) on the N13.
