The Swedish transport authority Trafikverket awarded to the AGNab Consortium, comprising Astaldi (Italy, 40%), Gulermak (Turkey, 40%) and NRC Group (Norway, 20%) the EUR78 million (SEK823 million) Kvarnberget contract on the West Link (Vastlanken) railway project in Gothenburg. The contract involves the construction of a 560m section of the main rail tunnels and a 120m long service tunnel and associated shafts.
