Invitation to qualify for negotiated tender, deadline 11.12.2008, for construction of 4.5 km-long, 62 sq m-section Gevingasen tunnel and four smaller emergency escape tunnels and crosscuts totalling 1.2 km on Nordland Railway between Hommelvik and Hell stations. Contract includes substructure for the entire lot and for another 1.3 km outside the tunnel, together with substantial concrete structures, telecomms and technical installations. Construction to start in Spring, 2009. Blasted rock to be transported to Trondheim Airport Vaernes.
