The JV Implenia Stangeland E39 Lyngdal ANS from Lysaker secured the EUR 279.47 million (NOK4.9 bn) contract, excluding VAT, for engineering design, construction of and warranty responsibility for a new four-lane motorway E39 Lyngdal East - Lyngdal West. The stretch between the Herdalen junction and Royskar junction in Lyngdal municipality, includes approx. 2.5 km open air road, the 3.4km Rossas and the 2.7 km Kalas tunnels, the two bridges Kvelland (over Lygna river) and Harikstad (170 m), two motorway junctions with connections to the existing road network.
