Prior information notice without call for competition for market dialog on a PPP Contract for the E10/Rv85 Tjeldsund-Gullesfjordbotn-Langvassbukt (Halogaland Road/Halogalandsvegen) including more than 20 km of new tunnels.
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration starts the PPP project E10/rv. 85 Halogaland Road and want to have meetings with suppliers who are interested in participating in a competition, before writing the tender documents. The meetings will be held until March 1. The date of publication of the tender (1.9.2020) and the date of submission of the request for participation in the tender (1.12.2020) are estimated dates.
