Competitive procedure with negotiation, deadline 15.02.2019,
for engineering design services and construction of a new Grenland bridge (600 m)
over Frierfjorden in Porsgrunn and Bamble Municipalities on the E18 Kjorholt -
Rugtvedt motorway. The contract also includes open air road (150 m) and
completion of Kjorholt (2.2 km) and Bamble (760 m) tunnels.
Newly blasted tunnels must be completed and existing tunnels
with traffic must be prepared for one-way traffic. The value of the contract is
