Negotiated tender with prior publication of a call for competition, deadline 24/09/2024, for E134 the Oslofjord connection - construction stage 2. The contract work includes design and construction (stage 2) of the approx. 14 km Oslofjord connection road. The project is an expansion of the current road from 2 to 4 lanes. The work includes new tunnels for the Oslofjord, Frogn and Vassum tunnels, new tunnel portals, several large bridges and alterations to crossing areas. The contract shall be implemented with model-based engineering design services. The project also includes upgrading of the current tunnels on the route.
