The Infrastructure Department of Provincia Bolzano has confirmed,
that after two years from the first award, the JV Carron Bau Srl (new leader),
Mair Josef & Co. KG of Mair Klaus and Di Vincenzo Dino & C. SpA have secured
the contract for the construction of the Northwest Merano bypass (Lot 2)
including a tunnel under Goethe Street and Monte Benedetto. This will connect
to Tyrol’s industrial zone. The CMC of Ravenna, which initially led the ATI, has
in the meantime been excluded as it is included in the arrangement with
creditors.
After the delay period provided for by the tender code, it
will be possible to proceed with the stipulations of the contract, and the
