Alpine BeMo Tunneling GmbH of Innsbruck secured the EUR2,995,061 contract, excluding VAT, for detailed project for exploratory tunnel and holes for cavern of Tauernmoos power plant in the Pinzgau region. The exploratory tunnel will be used as cavern access. The new pumped-storage scheme will provide additional regulating power for the railway electrical supply grid.
