The deadline to submit papers for WTC 2019 has been postponed until September 23^rd 2018. Papers should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc) and PDF (.pdf not zipped) and according to the official approved layout (Balkema standard). Please, note that the file .docx is not supported.
