The 7th International Symposium on Tunnel Safety and Security (ISTSS) will be held in Montreal, Canada, 16 - 18th March, 2016. It covers topics such as safety level & acceptable risk as well as ventilation, fixed fire fighting systems, emergency management, fire dynamics, security, regulation and risk analysis. Tunnel safety and security is a challenge for both private and public sectors. There will be technical visits at the Global Command and Control Centre and Underground Fire Prevention Training Centre and the Ville-Marie Road Tunnel to see its Integrated Traffic Management and Control Centre.
