It’s a successful FAT for the TBM - 200 m long, 300 t weight and with a 7.08 m diameter - that will drive the 11.3km Rentvanns/Clear Water tunnel between Trosterud and Huseby for the NVO (Ny Vannforsyning Oslo/New Water Supply for Oslo), contract E6. The TBM will be now dismantled and shipped to Oslo.  

The tunnel contract E6 - awarded to the Joint Venture AF Ghella - also includes access tunnels, pumping station and clean water basins at Trosterud and the tunnel section Oset-Disen (3 km) to be blasted; the laying of pipes in the clean water tunnel, and the establishment of a connection to the water distribution network.
