Snowy 2.0 - Final breakthrough in the transformer hall cavern

Another major achievement for the Snowy 2.0 pumped-hydro project, breaking through the final three meters of the 223-m long transformer hall cavern crown. When completed, the transformer hall and 251-m long machine hall will house the Snowy 2.0 power station and will be one of the largest and deepest caverns in the world, about 800 metres underground.
