The Sao Paulo, Brazil green metro line 2 extension will be a new 14.4 km-long section between Vila Prudente and Dutra stations, including 15 shafts, turnout tracks and the following 13 stations: Dutra, Ponte Grande, Paulo Freire, Tiquatira (access to CPTM-Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos lines 12 and 13), Penha de Franca (future access to line 21 21-Grafite), Penha (access to metro line 3 and CPTM line 11), Aricanduva, Nova Manchester, Guilherme Giorgi, Vila Formosa, Analia Franco (future connection with metro line 6), Agua Rasa and Orfanato.
