San Giorgio/Brunico bypass proposals

Florian Mussner, provincial commissioner of public works at Bolzano, presented the 13 variants for the construction of a bypass in San Giorgio/Brunico. By September, the office of roads service will formulate the best solution from the point of view of costs. Among the solutions, the two eastward would be excellent from the technical point of view, both with a 1.6 km-long underground section between St. George and Santa Caterina to Teodone.
