Rachel TBM for Clearwater project

On 15/04/2021 Clearwater project’s TBM was unveiled and the student finalists that named the TBM and took part in the art contest were recognized. TBM Rachel will now drive a new 11km (7mile) long, 5.5 m (18 foot) diameter tunnel to convey treated water from the Joint Water Pollution Control Plant in Carson to existing ocean outfalls at Royal Palms Beach in San Pedro.
