The verdict involving Ossa and Statens Vegvesen (Norway) has been announced. The Spanish firm Ossa, a specialist in the construction of underground works, has won an appeal against SVV (Statens Vegvesen), the Norwegian road administration. The Court of Appeal of Halogaland (in the north of Norway) has ruled that the early termination on 31.03.2015 of the contract for the construction of the Sorkjosen tunnel was not justified and has sentenced the administration to pay Ossa EUR1.67 million (NOK16 million).
