Newsflash - live tunnel ventilation demonstrationA workshop and general assembly on safety and security for railway and metro tunnels is scheduled to take place on 22nd-23rd April at Graz University of Technology in Austria. On the evening of the 22nd April, between 10pm and 2am, a full scale demonstration of the ventilation control system in the A9 Schartnerkogeltunnel has been arranged and can be observed by delegates. This event, which has been organised by TU Graz, will be followed by sessions discussing various aspects of tunnel safety on Wednesday 23rd April. For more details refer to www.ita-aites.org.
