New record for Sparvo TBM

The 15.62 m-diameter EPB Martina, built by Herrenknecht for the 2.5 km-long twin-tube Sparvo tunnel on Italy’s Variante di Valico project, has achieved a 1,110 m advance since launch in August, 2011.
