Palmieri has been included on the shortlist of the International Tunnelling Awards for the category “Technical Innovation of the Year”. This is as a result of the complexity and the innovation used when widenning the Montedomini tunnel on the A14 motorway between Ancona Nord and Ancona Sud. Which was completed without interrupting normal road traffic.
