Element Construction are looking for a tunnel construction company to be part of a joint venture on a tunnelling project. The tunnelling project is to build two parallel tunnels for a highway, tunnel 1 will be 551.5 m and tunnel 2 will be 552.36m.

The project is located 3 hours from Tbilisi, in Georgia. This joint venture will be a subcontractor for the main contractor. The new joint company will need to be able to provide support by supplying a road header and other tunnelling machinery .
